This is a two storey house in a cal-de-sac with one person living in it. The bottom floor has two rooms to one side and the lounge, dining room and kitchen are on the other.

The two rooms: One is a bedroom and the other can be set up as an office as it has an ethernet plug.

The layout of the house will give you a private place to live as well access to a bathroom that will be yours to use as I have my own upstairs.

The rooms are unfurnished.

The house itself is warm, it has its own fireplace which heats the water and an HRV system that spreads the warmth throughout the house. On your side of the house there is also a heat pump.

It has plenty of garden if you ever wanted your own. I have put two chairs north facing so that you can sit in the sun with a coffee.

We have a deck on the back, a firewood shed and a garage for storage at this point.

It's a beautiful house and our old family home that I am now living in. I have just moved in and am still settling.
